Aiden Hi, everyone, Aiden here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna be taking a look at this replacement stainless steel bushing for your weld-on hinges from Marlboro. Now, this is going to be a direct replacement for the bushing on some of your weld-on hinges. And it's going to be that same stainless steel construction, so you're not gonna have to worry about rust and corrosion with it. Now, it is 23 millimeters across. That's the outside diameter there. Let me just grab one of our weld-on hinges here.
We're using this one here today. That's the one that's 7 7/8 of an inch long with the 5/8-inch diameter pin. And the way this is gonna work is you just access the pin right there. You can see our original bushing on here. Side by side, these are the exact same.
And all you got to do is just pop on the new one there. It's gonna ensure the smooth operation of your weld-on hinges for a long time. So if you do ever have issues with the bushing down the road, you know you don't have to get a whole new hinge. You can just replace the bushing, and you'll be good to go. That'll do it for our look at this replacement bushing from Marlboro.
