Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at the six foot long Y-Cord for the Kat's Heaters frost plug style engine block heaters. Now this Y-Cord is what will let you plug in to frost plug style engine block heaters, and it is compatible with most 120 volt block heaters.I want to zoom in and show you the ends on here. There's two female ends right here that will plug into the heater and you can see on those ends, they do have these aluminum locking nuts that once you plug them in these will thread on today and hold it in place. On the other end of this cord is the NEMA 5-15 male plug that'll connect to a standard 120 volt AC outlet. This part is made in the USA.
Again, the application will fit most Kat's Heaters, frost plug style, engine block heaters. Again, the voltage 120 volts. Amperage is up to 15 amps wattage up to 1800 Watts. And the total length of this cord if we unraveled it all the way from the ends to the cohort, the plug would be six feet.
