Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com, and we're going to be taking a quick look at the single rocker switch. Now this is going to be an ivory colored switch to power your items on or on. So this is going to work for two different things, switching from one to the other. You can use this for lights or a fan in your RV, or really anything where you'd want to be able to turn two different things on and off.Let's take a closer look at it and make sure that it's going to be the right fit for your application. Again, it is going to be that off-white ivory color.
As far as the size, I'll grab my handy ruler here and we can take a look. So the cutout will be about an inch and an eighth. It has these little tines on either sides that helps to hold it in place.You wouldn't really want to go much further in than that because it'd be a bit too tight. You can go almost as far as an inch and three eighths, but then you're getting into a problem where it would probably be too loose. So about an inch and an eighth by about five eighths.
Just a little bit more than a half inch. The outside size is about an inch and a quarter by about an inch or excuse me, about 11 sixteenths. So just under three quarters of an inch.It is made in the USA. It's rated for 16 amps at 125 volts AC or 12 amps at 250 volts AC and three quarter horsepower at 125 volts up to 250 volts AC or 10 amps at 14 volts DC. It is made in USA, and that's about all there is to it for our look at the single rocker switch.
