InfiniteRule products undergo extensive third-party testing to determine shear strength. The shear strength is determined by placing the locking pin in a stress position and subjecting it to increasing force until a required proof load (maximum force received without deformity) is met or the pin fails. This locking pin has a shear strength of 30,000 lbs.
The InfiniteRule locking pin is used to secure your swivel hook or shackle to your bumper mount. This allows your InfiniteRule lock to be used for towing and off-road activities such as rock crawling, mudding, and recovery. The safe working load limit is 10,000 lbs.
The flush-style design prevents the lock from being broken or pried off your swivel hook or shackle. The tapered head provides an additional layer of theft deterrence by preventing a would-be thief from being able to grip the lock with pliers or a wrench.

Jeff: Hello, everybody. This is Jeff from etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at the InfiniteRule 7/8" diameter locking pins for your Roadmaster tow bar adapters. Now, these locking pins will replace the standard pins for your swivel hook or shackle. These parts are designed to work with the Roadmaster tow bar adapters, part number RM-035 and part number RM-035-1. These will secure your swivel hook or shackle to your bumper mount.
If you notice, they use a nice tapered flush-style head. Helps prevent theft. The flush-style design prevents the lock from being broken or pried off your swivel hook or shackle. The tapered head provides a nice additional layer of theft by preventing a would-be thief from being able to grip the lock with pliers or a wrench.These are a nice durable stainless steel construction, prevents rusting. They go through rigorous testing to ensure that the locking pin can handle extreme towing and off-road activity.
And they are keyed-alike option, so it offers convenient one-key operation. Now, it does come with two keys, one for each lock. And just to show you how you open it, you remove your rubber dust cover there, take your key and insert it, and then you just twist it like you're unscrewing it, to remove your lock. And then once you get it far enough it'll come apart. And then there's your two parts.
One will go through one side, this will go through the other side, and you just tighten it down. You also notice on the inside right here, they have this O-ring which will help protect the internal components from any dirt and grime. And as I mentioned, they have this nice rubber weather-resistant tethered dust cap, which will keep water and debris out of the keyway on the lock cylinder. So when you go to lock this, you just put it back together, line it up, and then again, just twist the key and just keep twisting it until you get it tightened. Once it's tightened, just remove the key, take your dust cover, pull it all the way over and you're all ready to go.
It's all locked in place. Not going anywhere.These parts are made in the USA. Application, again, this is for Roadmaster tow bar adapters, RM-035 and RM-035-1. I want to give you the measurement, the inside pin length or the usable span, which is from here to here on these, are going to be right at 2 1/4". And again, it is for a quantity of two locks. Great product, wanted to discourage thieves from taking my trailer, this keeps the coupler tube locked so it can’t be slid out. Did exactly what I was looking for.

Works for the hyperhitch 9” adjustable drop 3” hitch. Needs two 3/4 pins if no pintle accessory and three if pintle accessory. Has the prefect span .
Although trailer theft is rare, I highly recommend this lock pin for your gooseneck combined with a hitch lock to prevent and deter the idea. Especially when having to leave your trailer unattended in a public parking lot or on the job. The simplest solution at a great price.
The Hitch lock is definitely a deterrent. It's made of great quality material. It is standing the test of time from harsh weather and tampering. I highly recommend this hitch lock. We're purchasing another.

The product is great, getting it from ETRAILER is the problem, 2nd time had to order this, 1st time I ordered this part with 2 trailer rims that were said to be in stock, waited 10days for them to tell me they're waiting for the rims to come in from backorder 6months from now so we can ship everything together. It's spring I'd like to use my trailer before now. Poor customer service!!

Excellent gooseneck lock. Solid, fits snug and is extremely well built. This actually feels more robust than the pin that came with the trailer. Love that it’s stainless and the key mechanism works very well. Highly recommended!

I had an issue with the lock for my application (my problem for not reading the discription completely) so I called InfiniteRule Security directly and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend theit products. After a year, I have had no problems with the lock.
I have a Gator Made 40 foot utility trailer and after speaking to a couple of your representatives, I decided to try this hitch lock (we weren't sure if it was long enough). Well, it was!! I'm impressed with the product. Very solid. And now, I can sleep at night knowing that my trailer is secure from theft.
This locking pin adds a bit of security to my new LQ horse trailer. I have a coupler lock for the gooseneck, but realized the gooseneck can be removed by simply pulling the unlocked pin. Problem solved!!!

Replaced the quick pin with this locking pin to help prevent someone from easily stealing my expensive shocker air hitch. Nothing is 100% safe from thieves, but for the money it’s well worth it.
