Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we take a look at this replacement oil cap O-ring for the Dexter oil caps. This is for a quantity of one O-ring. Now this will replace a damaged or missing O-ring on your Dexter oil cap. This will fit the oil cap part number of K71-038-00 or the part number 021-035-00. Both of those oil caps we do sell separately on our website.
Did wanna pop up an insert just to show you what those oil caps look like. But if you notice on that, you can see where the O-ring is on the very bottom there. Basically the rubber O-ring installs onto the threads of that oil cap, and it'll provide a nice seal when that cap is screwed into the hub on the axle. Now the O-ring inner diameter size is gonna be 2.609 inches. And as we mentioned, it is for a quantity of one rubber O-ring.
