It's designed to help keep road debris and dust off your brake assemblies. It helps inhibit wear. It's designed for the 9,000/10,000 pound hydraulic or electric general duty brake assemblies. It also is even stamped on the shield, the brake assembly size it fits.
It says 12 1/4" by 3 3/8". This part is for a quantity of one shield. That should do it for the review on the Dexter metal brake dust shield.
