It has 2 side compartments with a zipper closure, connecting bridge with carry strap, and it resists water so your gear stays dry.This is a nice little pannier but it is basically too little to be of much value, something I suspected in advance. It is too small to hold the head of a tennis racquet and not big enough for many groceries. Part of the problem is that bikes with 20" wheels done't allow for large capacity panniers.
What is good about your company are the great video reviews. I will use you again whenever I need what you carry. This is a great help to a customer, especially a do it yourself type like me.

I was disappointed in this bag and don't recommend purchasing it due to design flaws. First, the bag only attaches to the side struts of the bike rack, not the top. The open end of the 'attaching' clip faces forward, so one bump or heel hit and the bag vibrates off-kilter or falls off the back. The large but poorly designed clips don't hold on. I could live with the 9L volume, except with this design, you can't use the bike's bungees to attach anything on top of the rack. I expected better from Dahon.
Perfect fit for my Dahon folding bike which I’ve had for 25 years.
