Specs:
The rear assist lines generated by the system's camera make connecting your fifth wheel camper or gooseneck trailer a one-person job. The lines appear on your aftermarket monitor (sold separately) and show the distance from other objects, allowing you to accurately line up your connection point when hooking up your camper or trailer.
0 Lux night vision produces a quality picture and gives you the flexibility you need when hooking up your camper or trailer. You can line up your connection point in low-light conditions at dusk, or in complete darkness at night without the aid of IR transmitters.
Simply unscrew and unplug your factory third brake light. Once removed, set your new custom bezel with camera in place. Feed the 6' camera wire through the opening into your truck and re-install your factory third brake light in front of the custom bezel.
Next, connect your 6' camera wire to the 18' wiring harness. This combined 24' wire will extend through your head liner or door sill panel along the edge of the floor, up to the front of your truck, and connect with the included ground and power wiring harness. The power wire will run to your truck's battery.
