Speaker 1: Today we're going to take a look at the ANL 350 amp fuse for Bulldog Winch Offroad Winches. This is gonna be the connection point between our vehicle's battery and our electric winch. This fuse is going to blow if it detects excessive current pull from the winch motor. So, this is going to prevent your winch motor from overheating since this will disconnect and sever that electrical connection between your battery and your winch motor.Of course, once that blows, this will need to be replaced. You can see there's that little clear window on the front face of our fuse. That's going to be where we can tell whether or not that fuse is blown.
That's where we'll be able to see the connector blades. And, if they're separated we'll know we need to change out our fuse. Now, this being an ANL fuse just means that it's going to handle higher amperage when compared with many other fuse types. There is a fuse holder available from Bulldog Winch that goes with this fuse. That is available here at etrailer.com if you wanna pick that up, so you can have a permanent mounting solution for your fuse. You can get that here at etrailer.com.
The nice thing about that as well is that it is a clear housing. So, you can still see that fuse even inside the fuse holder. Again, that is sold separately. As far as the dimensions of this fuse, it's going to be about three inches long by about an inch wide or three-quarters of an inch wide and about half and inch thick. So, that's gonna do it for our look at the ANL 350 amp fuse for Bulldog Winch Offroad Winches.
