Today we're going to take a look at this warm white directional 1383 LED bulb with the single contact bayonet base for a quantity of one bulb.Now, this led bulb will upgrade or replace a 1383 light bulb to provide nice warm white lighting. This is great for ceiling, reading light and RV applications. It is a directional design. It does provide 180 degree focus lighting.
It's a 12 volt bulb that has many applications for your RV, trailer, boat or your vehicle. And it does use LEDs which make great replacements for incandescent bulbs. They're rated for up to 50,000 hours. They're more efficient because they'll provide brighter light with less power output and there's no bulbs to replace or no brittle filaments to break. At the end of this video, I'm going to hook this up to some 12 volt power to show you how bright it is.This bulb is compatible with dimmable fixtures for simple adjustment of light brightness.
It does offer built in surge protection to safe guard internal electronics and it is a single contact bayonet base that'll install into a compatible 15 millimeter socket with a push and twist motion. It is a non-polarized designed for easy installation so it doesn't matter which way you put it into your socket any way you put it in, twisted it, it will come on. It is for quantity of one bulb.Light output is 305 raw lumens. The bulb type is 1383 the base type is BA15S. The light type is warm, white.
Color temperature is 3,500 Calvin, wattage is 2.3 watts. This bulb is designed to replace up to a 25 watt halogen bulb and the power draw 12 volts is 0.19 amps. So what we're going to do, go ahead and touch the base and we'll get our crown and you see when I touch it, it'll give you the brightness of the bulb. See if we can hold it this way. Here we go.
Very bright. Let me go ahead and turn off the overhead lights. I'll go ahead and turn it on again. There you can see the warm white color, the LEDs, and you can see how it is a directional bulb.Go ahead and turn back on our overhead lights, but that should do it for the review on the warm white directional 1383 LED bulb with the single contact bayonet base for a quantity of one bulb.

Works great. Exact replacement for old bulbs.
These work out as perfect replacements for old 383 lamps in a custom bar. I found the same lamp elsewhere, but e trailer has the best price. Good purchase experience as well.
These 12 volt LED's are a perfect replacement with a better light light color in my RV/Motorhome
