Today we're taking a look at the replacement CE Smith Vertical Bunk Bracket. This replaces one CE Smith 90 Degree Vertical Bunk Bracket on your trailer. It's stabilizes one end of a bunk board when used with an additional bracket. Additional brackets are sold separately. It requires a half inch diameter U-bolt for the installation, which is sold separately as well. It's constructed of rust proof, corrosion resistant aluminum. Very strong and durable.
It's great for fresh water and salt water use. Product's made in the USA.We're gonna take a look at the over all dimensions. So the overall height measurement that we have, that's going edge to edge this direction, measures 8 inches. The overall width measurement, edge to edge going this direction, is 5 inches. This area down here, that mounting base, measures around 2 inches.
The distance between the trailer mounting holes, which are these holes here, is 3 9/16 on center. And then the distance between the bunk board mounting holes, that's these holes here, there's four of 'em, center on center they're separated by an inch and a half. Then the plate thickness is inch and a quarter, to 5/16 of an inch thick. That's gonna do it for today's look at the replacement CE Smith Vertical Bunk Bracket.

Durable, aluminum replacement bracket works with another 90-degree bracket (sold separately) to stabilize 1 end of an extra-large bunk board on your boat trailer. Installs on level trailer frames with a U-bolt (sold separately).I installed four roller bunks on my trailer myself, it was fairly easy, but took some time to get the right angle with the boat hull. I can now launch my boat (all by myself) at just about any boat ramp, the boat slides off the rollers very easily and also loads very easily back onto the trailer with the hand wench. Bystanders are amazed! I don't have to sink the trailer or back my truck into the water to launch. So far the galvanized rollers been on trailer about one year and still look brand new (no rusting), and I always launch into salt water here in Georgia.
