Rust-resistant assemblies let you install 2 roller bunks on your boat trailer. Swivel brackets enable bunks to tilt when loading a boat. Mounting slots allow for height adjustment. Dimpled surfaces keep brackets from sliding along the trailer frame.

    • Each bolster bracket installs on your boat trailer's frame with a single U-bolt (sold separately)
  • Strong swivel brackets let you tilt the roller bunks
    • Helps you to fit the boat hull snugly onto trailer during the loading process
    • Hardware is included for attaching the swivel brackets to the bolster brackets
  • 11-Gauge, galvanized steel resists rust and corrosion
    • Suitable for saltwater exposure
  • Made in the USA

Specs:

  • Quantity: 4 bracket assemblies

    • Mounting slot dimensions: 3-3/4" long x 1/2" wide

Bolster-and-swivel-bracket assemblies are typically mounted upright on a boat trailer's crossmembers. They allow a mounted roller bunk, which runs from the front of the trailer to the back, to tilt to accommodate and support boat hulls of different sizes.

Galvanized Steel

Steel parts are galvanized by being hot-dipped in zinc after they have been stamped. This creates a coating that is typically 3 mil to 5 mil thick. This thick, all-around coating allows galvanized steel products to provide years of use without rusting or corroding.

Great solution. I used these to attach two 3” pvc bunks to my trailer. They work perfectly. I made some slight adjustments after the first month.

Completely updated the axle, suspension, and added roller bunks to my waverunner trailer. Have taken the waverunner in for the winter and back out for the summer one time. All components were great and the trailer rides really well!

by:

Got exactly what I ordered and timely. Apprciated the video for installment and understanding of the product.

by:

Typical good quality CE Smith product. Installation was easy on these bunk supports. Highly recommended versus value or non-name branded trailer supplies. The quality is worth the couple of extra bucks.

by:

I was a little taken back because I thought this would come with all nuts and bolts I needed. When I bought the roller bunks they did not state at the time the brackets were not part of it. That was ok so I ordered the brackets and now I have to go find nuts and bolts to fasten the bunks

by:

Cant believe it didnt come with nuts n bolts!

  • When Using Two Sets Of CE Smith Roller Bunks For Boat Trailers Is Weight Capacity Increased
I called my contact at CE Smith about the Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers, part # CE27700. They said since you are planning on using 4 bunks instead of 2, the rollers would have no problem with the additional 500 lbs as you described, as long as the weight is distributed evenly on the roller bunks. These roller bunks can be attached to wooden bunks or you may want to use swivel brackets like part # CE10003G-4. If you need U-bolts I recommend part # CE15283GA-4 for 4 U-bolts. For 4...

You can also use the CE Smith Mounting Brackets, # CE10003G-4, if you want to replace the wood bunks with the roller bunks. Keep in mind, these bunks have a weight capacity of 1,500 lbs.

  • Comparing Dutton-Lainson and CE Smith Roller Bunks
There isn't a whole lot of difference between Dutton-Lainson roller bunks # DL21741 and CE Smith roller bunks # CE27710. Both have 5 foot long sections. Each section is rated for 1500 pounds. There are 6 rollers per section on both. Both are made with galvanized steel and heavy duty black rubber rollers. The main difference besides price is the shape of the rollers is not exactly the same. Either set can be mounted on a bunk or independently. To mount independently you would need the...

  • Using Roller Bunks for PWC Ramp & Trailer
Roller bunks like the 5-foot Dutton-Lainson # DL21755 and the other similar products shown on the linked page will work best when they are positioned on the trailer or ramp surface in such a way that allows the maximum contact between the watercraft's hull and the flat top surface of the rollers. • Can I Remove the Keel Rollers and Add Bunk Rollers to a Boat Trailer for a Smoker Craft Boat
I would be apprehensive about completely removing the keel rollers, especially if they support any weight. Removing the keel rollers would force the bunks to support more weight. This could be dangerous with the bouncing affect trailers and boats experience when towing. To make sure it is completely safe to remove the keel rollers without potentially damaging the boat, I recommend contacting Smoker Craft directly because they would be the best source to tell you if the hull of your boat...
