Parts Need for Installing a 7-Way in the Bed of a 2008 GMC Sierra 2500HD for Fifth Wheel Towing
Question:
I have a 2008 GMC2500HD Duramax crew cab 4x4 that has the trailer towing from the factory. It has a bumper plug for the trailer installed and wired. I was wanting to install a plug inside the cargo bed for a fifth wheel and i am looking for a complete harness and plug to mate up with my existing wiring. I want to able to keep both plugs hooked up so i am able to tow either a fifth wheel or pull a trailer. What part number am I looking for that would fit?

We have exactly what you are looking for, part # PK11893-11932. This harness would plug inline with the existing trailer connector, and would allow you to retain the use of the connector on the bumper once the connector in the bed is installed.
