Extra Wire Needed When Installing Wiring Harness On 2014 Toyota Sienna
Question:
I am planning to install 119177KIT wiring harness on my 2014 Toyota Sienna, which just arrived from etrailer. Do you have a video showing the installation of this system? Looks like I will need to splice in some extra yellow wire to connect to left turn signal since the compartment where I will locate the module is on the right side of the car, and the yellow wire is a short wire.

We do have videos of many of the items we offer, and take every opportunity to make videos as vehicles are brought in for an installation. We have not had the chance to get a video of an installation on the Tow Ready Modulite Power Converter Hardwire Kit, part # 119177KIT.
There are times when installing a harness or any other electrical item in a vehicle, that you simply do not have enough wiring to reach some of the areas you need. Typically if it is a ground wire or a brake wire we recommend using a 10 or 12 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1, or part # 12-1-1. These are both sold by the foot.
