The Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack, part # Y02458, is designed to fit hitches with either a 1-1/4 or 2 inch receiver opening. You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to see what the tongue weight capacity is for your Forester. from the information I was able to find, the Forester is limited to about 150 lbs tongue weight. This is the weight of the bike carrier added to the weight of the bikes on the carrier.
To make sure this carrier will work on your 2014 Subaru Forester, you will want to take a simple measurement by using a tape measure and a straight edge like a yardstick or a dowel. Hold the straight edge vertically against the back bumper, making sure it extends below the hitch opening. Then simply measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the straight edge. That is the clearance distance you need when considering any hitch accessory. The Ridgeback has a distance of 10 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest part of the carrier. I have attached a link to a product review for the Ridgeback you can check out.
