Will the Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Work On a Volvo XC90 With Low Hitch Height

Hello, I am wondering if the rack will work with my 2018 Volvo XC 90? I wan to be sure that the rack is high enough for the relatively low hitch on this vehicle.

The Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 Bike Platform Rack part # Y02479 has a built-in shank rise as well as a slight tilt which are both features desinged to improve ground clearance on vehicle's with low hitch heights such as your 2018 Volvo XC90. Therefore, yes the Yakima HoldUp EVO 2 will work nicely on your Volvo XC90. The only time you would ever have any issue is with very steep driveways. In which case pretty much any bike rack is going to scrape and there is not much you can do save for removing the bike rack temporarily or navigating around the slope.

I have attached a photo that shows the features which allow it to provide better ground clearance.
