Tekonsha P3 Brake Controller Will Not Put Out Right Voltage Unless Controller is Tilted Up/Down
Question:
My brake controller wont output desired voltage without moving contoller up or down. Like pointing the display up or down.what up wit dat? Im ready to return

If you have an older version of the P3 trailer brake controller then it did have a limited range up or down that it could be mounted and that may be the issue. You would want it to be perfectly level or up to 70 degrees nose up. The new version can be mounted a full 360 degrees in the direction of travel. For either one make sure the controller is not tilted or turned to one side.
