Can a 5th Airborne Air Ride Pin Box be Used with a 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Adapter
Question:
I am interested in buying a model AM3100 gooseneck hitch. Will this hitch work with a fifth airborne pinbox. Thank you.

The 5th Airborne air ride pin boxes cannot be used with any 5th wheel to gooseneck adapters. But we may have a product that you can use that will provide you with the benefits of an air ride pin box but allow you to connect to a gooseneck trailer hitch.
Take a look at the Reese Goose Box, # RP85FR. This is an air ride pin box that installs on the trailer and couples to a gooseneck ball. This model will fit Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD pin boxes and Fabex PB-600 series pin boxes.
We also have # RP94716-61301 which will fit Lippert 0115, 1116 and 1716 pin boxes. I have linked a video to the right with more information on the Goose Box.
If you are unsure which pin box was originally on your trailer if you could tell me the model 5th Airborne you have I could determine if either Goose Box will fit. Or if you do not know the model 5th Airborne, there are some measurements you can take, see link to the right, that will help to identify it.
