The Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack that you referenced, part # JET-2500, is a great choice for replacing your manual tongue jack. This jack features the 3-inch mounting bolt pattern you need. Although the # JET-2500 uses a 2-inch tube it will work fine for you. 2-1/4-inches is a standard jack tube size, very close to your meaurement.

When it comes to landing gear, winches and jacks, we always suggest going for some capacity overkill. Having a higher-rated jack than you need tends to enhance the lifespan of such items since they will not have to operate at or even near their full capacity.
