Solution for Carrying Two Bikes on a Cargo Carrier on 2014 Subaru Forester w/ 2 Inch Receiver
Question:
Hello, I am interested in a 2inch receive cargo carrier that would primarily be used to carry bicycles but I also want the capability of carrying coolers, etc. *Prefer not having to remove front wheel on bike but open to suggestions Input would be appreciated

As long is the distance between the hitch pin hole in your receiver and the furthest rearward point of your bumper is less than 8 inches, I have a solution for you. You'd want to use the Stromberg Carlson Cargo Carrier, part # CC-100 along with their Bike Rack Adapter, part # CC-125.
This solution is well-received by our customers, and wouldn't require that you remove the front wheel from the bike.
