Suspension enhancements like the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDR1500DQ are designed for vehicles carrying a lot of cargo in the bed of their trucks. For a trailer situation they are not recommended because they actually act as a fulcrum point and unload the front axle.

The best solution for your setup would be a weight distribution system. These systems actually take the tongue weight and redistribute it to the front axle to get rid of sag, and improve braking and handling.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow, this figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.

Once you know your tongue weight check out the link I attached that has all of the WD systems we carry and select your tongue weight from the range on the left side of the page and all of the properly rated systems will be listed.
