Is it Possible to Use a Fifth Wheel with a Ford F-150 Supercrew

I have a ford f-150 supercrew cab is there a fifth wheel hitch without going to the superglide?

Expert Reply:
You may be able to use a Sidewinder depending on the width of the trailer. A Sidewinder attaches to the trailer pin box and is locked into place on the fifth wheel, moving the pivot point from the hitch back to the pin box.
I have included a link to a Sidewinder FAQ page that has a formula for calculating if the Sidewinder will provide enough clearance for your particular trailer.
