Hub Recommendations to fit a BTR Spindle with 1.06 C and D Dimensions

Based on the C and D dimensions you listed you have a BTR spindle. The correct idler hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern that you would need would be the Trailer Hub Assembly # 8-259-5UC1-EZ.

If you needed a hub and drum assembly for your spindle you would need the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 8-257-5UC3.

The # 34822545BX would not work on your spindle dimensions.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
