The Rhino-Rack system would be a good fit for your 2012 Ford Fusion SE. To order this system you need to order parts # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK149.

Since we do not sell the Voyager Cargo Box I cannot say if it will fit this roof rack but there are a couple of measurements you can take to determine if it will or not.

To determine which cargo boxes fit your vehicle without contacting your hatch, measure from the center of your vehicle's front roof rack crossbar to the point where the roof meets the hatch. You can then measure the distance between the attach points on the cargo box and see if it will work. You may have the ability to move the roof rack forward or rearward on the roof of your Fusion to accommodate the cargo box.

You will want to check your owner's manual or with your dealership to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity for your Fusion. You will need to add the weight of the cargo box and cargo in the box when determining how much you will be carrying.
