Troubleshooting Strap Storage on the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier # TH810
Question:
Is anyone experiencing difficulty getting the extra strap back in the storage area? Mine is being very stubborn and wont go back in.

We have not heard from any customers about having difficulties getting the extra strap into the storage area of the Thule SUP Taxi Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier # TH810001.
I think I know what your problem is though. I went out into our warehouse and started messing with one of the # TH810 we have and I think you are trying to store the strap in the wrong area. I think you are trying to push the strap into the wrong portion of the rack as there is a metal rectangular piece on the bottom of the rack that is similar in dimensions as the actual storage area that is right below that piece.
The correct storage area will have two open circles on either side of the opening. See pic.
