Trailer Wiring Harness Recommendation for 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS
Question:
I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS and want to put a trailer hitch on. The spec say that the vehicle is tow package ready. My question is what wiring harness do I need. Thanks

The Curt Class III Trailer Hitch # C13153 that you referenced is a correct fit for your 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS. For convenience and towing flexibility I suggest the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, 2 hitch balls and a pin and clip. If you prefer a locking hitch pin you can use # e98880. For reference I have linked videos both for the hitch and ball mount kit.
Since your Santa Fe is tow package ready you can use wiring harness # C56332 from Curt. This is a custom-fit plug-and-play harness that requires no cutting or splicing of wires. I have linked the written installation instructions as well as an install video showing use on your same vehicle. To protect your wiring from corrosion we suggest using a dielectric grease like # 11755 which will help prevent the entry of moisture into the connection points.
