Fits perfectly in predrilled OEM holes! Easy installation without any forging, banging or swearing like other hitches I have purchased… Curt, I am looking at you! Super strong and no rust at all after a full New England year of salty muddy roads! A great value
Really nice hitch.......fit Perfectly......took about 45 minutes to install...Easy......Almost all of the hitch is covered by the plastic bumper, only the very center even shows at all....Looks like a CUSTOM hitch! This went on my 2010 GMC Conversion Van......Look at the final pictures...
All of a sudden, my 2014 Chevy van dealer installed hitch started showing wear at the towing pin holes. What was round was starting to mushroom and become more oval. My local only trailers type shop wanted $500 plus to install new hitch. etrailers price was way cheaper and reviews lived up to their comments. It was easy and all holes aligned. You better have a floor jack and consider your options on the plug location.

Even though it was back ordered, it did not take long to deliver. Fit was perfect. Went on easy. Can't wait to pull one of my trailers.
If you order this for a Chevrolet Express van you will need the 1” x 3” spacers . The spacers that come as standard hardware will spin in the frame and you will have trouble getting the bolts tight. Once you get the right spacers it is an easy install and the hitch is very nice. If anyone from etrailer is reading this you should change the hardware that ships with the hitch to the 1” x 3” spacers.
I needed to replace my trailer hitch. The price was right, delivery was ahead of schedule and the all the parts were there. I need to wait until the weather clears to install but I don't anticipate any problems as the bolt pattern matches the trailer hitch I removed.

Exactly what we needed I was not only surprised it arrived so quickly, I was amazed the hitch was so easy to install. I bolted right up to the underside with the hardware included into the holes predrilled into the frame by the vehicle manufacturer. If you have and worries about it being difficult, put them aside. it took us less than 20 minutes.
Easy 5-10 minute installation. Everything lined up perfectly!
Recommendation: make spacers longer to catch the inside frame, so if you accidentally nick the bolt threads and the nut is hard to turn, it will catch and you don't have to try and hold the bolt.
So far I have hauled horse trailers, car trailers, junk trailers and more. This hitch has worked effortlessly with my Express Van to expand my capabilities. Easy to install, I have not had to worry about it ever since. And with a load rating of 10,000 pounds my van will fail before the hitch is exceeded.

I see that our customer service department has sent you out some replacements. They should be arriving some time this next coming week. Once you have received your replacement order, we would love to hear your feedback.
I received my hitch today, and had it installed within about 15 minutes. The only challenge was that a few of the rectangular washers slipped when I tried to tighten the bolts - even after cleaning the mating surfaces; crafting a few "washers" out of 50-grit sandpaper solved the problem.
After installation, I used my label maker to conspicuously note the torque specs for future reference; you might want to consider adding such a label directly to the hitch for future customers.

No worries all is well. I crawled under our van with a torque wrench, and it was handy to have a label that specified the torque right there where I could see it.
Perfect fit and an easy installation.

This hitch bolts right in place without any modifications. It was a quick and simple install. It's also made in USA which is the reason I picked it over others. Good quality and well made.
