Troubleshooting Brake Lights Not Working on a 2013 Volvo XC90 after Shorting Power Wire of # 118411
Question:
So the harness was super easy to hook up, but my butter fingers must have hit a ground when hooking it up to the power supply. I checked every fuse in the truck.. And I can not get power to brake lights or anything controlled by RCM. It looks like there are some flat fuses near the battery could that be the problem? Im afraid to take it to the dealer because I do not want to void the maintenance program Im sure I cant be the first one who did this... Any advice

I would check the fuses near the battery of your 2013 Volvo XC90, hopefully replacing one of them will fix the problem as it sounds like a blown fuse is to blame.
Aside from that the best advice I could give you would be to remove the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118411 from your vehicle and then take it to your dealer.
I attached an FAQ on 4-way installs for you to check out also.
