I have read that this hitch can be installed without additional drilling by removing the rear bumper. I do not see this option outlined in the installation instructions. Can you confirm that the hitch can be installed via bumper removal method without additional drilling? Thanks

You are referring to the method that Subaru recommends for installing their hitch on your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon. I can't recommend you install this # 75673 hitch in any other way than how Hidden Hitch recommends, but there are customers who have left reviews on this hitch who used this method with success so we know it is possible.

I would recommend you install the hitch like the video I attached.
