Do you have a factory wiring adapter for the following unit? Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller - 1 to 4 Axles - Proportional - 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

There are no plug in adapters available for your 2013 Jeep Wrangler. In order for you to hook up your P3 brake controller you will need to do some hardwiring. If you have a 4-way connector on your Jeep, you can use a universal installation kit like part # ETBC7. This will give you the needed 7-way connector at the rear of your vehicle. I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains how to install the # ETBC7.

If you installed a P3 brake controller #90195 in your vehicle and then went to tow a trailer with a 4-way connection the brake controller would not be in use at all so if you wanted to remove it from the vehicle at that time you certainly could.
