Question:

What is the spacing between the hitch ball and the vertical part on the back of the hitch? We have an old trailer with an oversized Lunette ring and I want to know if it will fit in the gap I have added a picture for clarification - Im looking at the distance between the two red lines.

I was finally able to get my hands on the Blue Ox Adjustable Ball Mount with Pintle Hook for 2-1/2" Hitch # BLU25XR and found the spacing to be 1-7/8".
