Hi have international 4300 and it’s 34 inch wide chassis would this work?

The Buyers Products Hitch Plate with 2" Receiver Tube # 3371809060A is designed to fit a Ford chassis, and all of the other HD hitches like this from Buyers Products.
For your application you need a universal hitch like the Draw-Tite # 41990-07 or # 41990-16 which have different height brackets and are weld-on installations. You'll need to consult with a shop since this is a modification-type installation.
