Is There an Adapter To Let The DeeMaxx Disc Brake Calipers Accept a Banjo Bolt?

Question:

I am replacing rotors and calipers on my trailer. It previously had knott brakes installed with a banjo type splitter manifold to allow tandem surge brake lines. I ordered the Deemax 3500# kits from you but it did not come with this adapter. I need to split the lines via the manifold but the banjo bolt is a larger size than the Deemax input threaded input. Will this allow me to accomplish the job?

The Adapter Port # DE73MR you found is an exact replacement for the one on the Caliper # DE86VR. This is designed to accept a brake line like the Kodiak # bh-3mfs90ff-1-5 and not a banjo type connection. You are going to have to alter your brake lines by adding in Tee's # BH-T-3FIF along with the hoses your trailer is going to require.

Can the tees and adapters be overnighted to me? I’m in a bind here.

@MichaelN We do offer next day shipping from UPS. You will need to load all the parts you will need into your cart once you have all the measurements you require and select next day shipping.
