Can Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Work with Electric Over Hydraulic Brakes

I own a 2000 Ford F350 with a 2021 Reese Towpower 8508211 Brake Control Proportional BRAKE-EVN and Im having issues with a 2010 trailer that has a Carlisle BA-CAM 381-7063 Electric over Hydraulic actuator. Im wondering if they are compatible. If they are, I may need a new actuator. If they are not, I may need a new actuator. Please advise.

Hey Brian, so the Brake EVN brake controller part # TK63VR that you have is not compatible with hydraulic brakes which is why you are having the problem you mentioned. What you need is a brake controller that does have a hydraulic mode like the P2 part # 90885 and you'd be set. This uses the same connector too so it would easily swap out for an easy install.
