What 5TH Wheel Hitch Will Attach To OEM Gooseneck Hitch in 2008 Ford F-350 Long Bed?

Will this work on a 2008 Ford F350 8 ft bed dually? * Truck has factory installed underbed ball in bed of truck. Will this be compatible to this hitch? What lube plate do we use?

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3305 you found is only going to fit on 2011 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks which came with the OEM prep kit. It looks like your 2008 F-350 likely had a flip down style ball which the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550045 would fit. This hitch clamps onto the hitch ball and will allow you to connect to a 5th wheel trailer.
A standard 10" Lube Plate # 16721 will work for this application.
