For a brake line kit to add a brake axle to an existing setup you'd just need the part #9579-01. This is listed as a 3rd axle kit but in reality it's the same thing as adding a second axle.

You wouldn't need a triple axle brake line kit, #HS496-253, because the Titan Disc Brake Kit #T4843800 already comes with 2/3 of what you need. So you would need a single axle kit #DM5424 or #DM5425.
