Will the Curt Trailer Hitch for the Ford Fusion, 2014 fit the hybrid model ?

The Curt Class II receiver you referred to, part # C12091 is indeed compatible with the Hybrid model of the 2014 Ford Fusion. The # C12091 would be an excellent choice.

The hitch would make a fine attachment point for a bike rack or other hitch mounted accessory, but keep in mind that Ford does not recommend towing with the Fusion Hybrid.
