Can a Reese 18K 5TH Wheel Hitch With Ford Legs Use An Adapter To Fit Above Bed Rails?

I will be attaching pictures of Reese 18K Truck bed hitch puck system. I was wondering if there is a conversion kit for a Rail system I have in my truck

While there are Adapter Rails # C88KR to convert a 5th wheel hitch which fits rails to the Ford puck system, there are none for converting a puck style hitch to fit the in bed rails. I recommend looking at a 5th wheel hitch like the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3255 which will drop right into your rails since there is no way to convert the Reese 18K without finding a different set of legs.
