2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab, 57inch box with over the rail bedliner. Will this fit my truck with bedliner without major modification?

You will need to remove or trim your bed liner to install the Flint Hill Goods Aluminum Pickup Truck Ladder Rack # FHG64ZR on your 2012 Ram 1500. This is because the clamps which hold the rack to your bed clip behind the lip on top of the bed rails. You can see in the image I included how the clamps fit around the bed rail lip.
