According to Roadmaster the estimated installation time for the BrakeMaster Second RV Kit for Hydraulic Brakes # RM-98300 is 2 hours. This is for someone who is familiar with the product and installation process. If this isn't something you typically do or are familiar with I would of course expect it to take longer.

They are not interchangeable but we do have a replacement jumper air hose for the SMI Air Force one with the part #SM99666 if you wanted a backup.

It sounds like the 2013 Jeep Wrangler has the BrakeMaster system #RM-9160 in it. You will need the second RV kit for air or air over hydraulic braking systems, #RM-98200. If this is not the braking system you have let me know.
