The best hitch ball mount for your 2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 that will work with the Multi-Flex tailgate is easily the B&W Tow & Stow, and there are two options that will fit your 2-1/2" OEM hitch. One is a 2-ball mount and the other is a 3-ball mount:

- B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20066BMP

- B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS20067BMP

The 2-ball mount comes with 2" hitch ball and 2-5/16" hitch ball, while the 3-ball mount has those as well as a 1-7/8" ball. Both come with a max 18,000 lb capacity, can be left on even when using your Multi-Flex tailgate, and have a max 7" drop and 7-1/2" rise.
