Compatible Trailer Hitch Receiver For A 2022 Volkswagen Taos
Question:
Hello i have some questions about this hitch My car is Volkswagen Taos s 4motions When I watch the tutorial for it It looks different than my car model there is plate for near the under rear bumper There is no plate on Taos s 4motions This hitch is fit for Taos s 4motions Without taking out rear bumper just need little trimming? No drilling or something I want to make sure befor buying it Thanks

Per Curt, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C38JR is a compatible fit for all models of the 2022 Volkswagen Taos. You shouldn't have to remove the rear fascia or drill into anything but you'll likely need to trim the underbody panel if it interferes with the hitch. In my experience it's best to not cut anything and test fit the hitch in place first to make sure you even need to cut and how much you'll really need to cut. A lot of manufacturer directions tend to have you cut more than you actually need and I like to cut the panels skin tight to the hitch for a more factory look.
