You can certainly still install an air bag kit on your 2023 Toyota Tundra with a 1" coil spacer. If the lift adds distance between the axle and the frame, you can use the spacer kit # F2536 with the # F89VV Air bag Kit to compensate for the lift.

If the your lift kit does not effect the distance between the frame and the axle, you can install the Air bag kit # F89VV as-is, and you will not need any spacer.
