Troubleshooting EC Error Code on Firestone Wireless Compressor.
Question:
Troubleshooting EC Error Code of Firestone Wireless Compressor Kit.

The EC error on your remote indicates that the compressor has exceeded 4 minutes of runtime and automatically shut off in order to protect itself. The best thing you can do is watch your remote leading up to this error. If you find that the air pressure in one or both of the air bags is not changing then it is likely you have a leak.
It is also possible that the compressor has entered tank mode due to a number of possibilities including a bad pressure sensor. If that is the case you may see the EP with a "t" (looks more like a backwards 7). This means it is attempting to fill an air tank that is not there and will continue to run.
If you are still unable to identify the problem, or if you have the tank error, I recommend reaching out to Firestone directly to troubleshoot further.
