Does 2021 Chevy Colorado Need Weight Dstribution to Tow Ameri-Lite 189DD Travel Trailer

I have a amerilite 189DD weighs 2996 pounds with a TW or 350,Using my 2021 colorado to tow,would i need weight distribution or just an anti sway bar?

You will need to use a weight distribution system when towing your Ameri-Lite 189DD trailer with your 2021 Chevy Colorado. A general rule of thumb is that a weight distribution is needed when the trailer weighs at least half the weight of the tow vehicle, which is what you have with your setup.
For your application I recommend checking out the Blue Ox TrackPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control # BLU36FR which fits the weight range you're looking for and has some adjustability in the shank to accommodate differences between your truck receiver height and the trailer coupler height. It also comes with a pre-installed 2" hitch ball so that's one less thing you have to think about.
