I made a mistake and put the long spring hangers in the front instead of the center will this create a problem pulling the trailer

Yes, if you had the longer hangers from the kit # APT8 installed towards the front of your suspension instead of the middle then it will cause your trailer to ride weird and components will wear out prematurely. You'll need to place those longer hangers in the middle for the correct setup.
