Hello, Does your company sell a complete surge brake kit, actuator, discs, calibers, rubber brake lines .... ? Looking for a 12,500# actuator in the kit. Thank you,

If I know what axle capacity your trailer needs and if the trailer has a pole tongue or an a-frame design I can get you set up with everything. But just to check did you mean 12,500 psi from the actuator or 12,500 lb axles? 12.5k psi would be too low for disc brakes as they require higher pressure of 1,600 psi.

For example the Kodiak disc brake kit part # KSR35DKG is for a 3,500 lb axle so for an actuator you could use the part # DM8104311 and for a single axle line kit part # 18SI-BLKIT.

For a replacement you need the Titan Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator #T2477600. This is the Titan Model 10 which is the same as the Dexter DX12.5 you currently have on your boat trailer.
