The Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets # RM63RR typically comes centered and you would only need to make adjustments after installation and testing to see if it continues to pull like you mentioned.
There is a jam nut and adjustment rod on the stabilizer that is designed to align the wheels like the issue you are having.
Roadmaster only recommends turning the rod enough to have the loose jam nut turn one edge-face over compared the edge-face on the end of the eyelet. With the jam nut loose as you turn the rod the jam nut will spin with the rod. This is a very painstaking process since it's such a small amount of adjustment to do at one time and keep testing over and over until it feels right, but it's the correct way.
Essentially the bars should be centered with enough room for adjustment when you first go to install it and you'll let the mounting bracket naturally fall into place and then make adjustments afterwards to fix any steering issues. Having done this installation before I can 100% agree that it sucks to have to get under the motorhome over and over again during the testing phase. I definitely recommend testing it out in a large empty parking lot and bringing some tools with you to adjust the stabilizer.
