How To Remove The Factory Frame Bolt To Install A Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer
Question:
I have a 2017 Forest River Forester C-class e450. The bracket mounting instructions note to save the bolts after removing the factory bracket. I can’t figure out how to know if there is a nut on the inside of the frame? Is there a nut inside of the frame? If there is, how do I get to it? Also, how do I thread the bolt into the nut when I attach the new bracket?

If there isn't a way to access it from the inner side of the frame or from the side then it would have a weld nut in frame and you would be able to just remove the bolt normally. There unfortunately isn't a guide that shows if there's a standard nut or weld nut in place and Roadmaster's instructions are a bit generalized since stabilizers like the Exact Center # RM47MR you referenced have a somewhat universal fitment.
That being said, there would be an access hole somewhere if they used a standard nut. If you can't find access to the other side then it would have to be a weld nut. A weld nut is a standard or flange nut that's welded to the frame so that it can't move.
