The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2R1258L12 will allow you to convert one of your 12K Dexter axles from drum to disc brakes. This kit will mount to your Dexter Hub 008-214-09 once removing the drum section and brake assemblies. You will need 2 kits as your trailer has tandem axles. Be sure to check your bearings and races and replace as needed. You will want to install 4 new oil Seals # 10-56 as they often become damaged during the removal and installation process.

Inner Bearing # 3984
Inner Race # 3920
Outer Bearing # 28682
Outer Race # 28622
Oil Seal # 10-56
Oil # XLPROLUBE

You will need a Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HS381-8067. Depending on your truck you may need the Actuator Adapter Module # HBA-CAM to work with your factory brake controller. If you can let me know what truck you have I can verify this for you. For the brake lines we have a 15' Main Line Kit # HS496-152 and 25' Main Line Kit # HS496-252 depending on how far your actuator is from your front axle.
